My Story
I’m Bernard Silva, a dedicated full-time realtor proudly serving the Greater Toronto Area and Durham Region. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, my journey began in carpentry, bricklaying, and landscaping—building everything from residential homes to high-rise condominiums. Over time, I moved into construction management, leading teams and overseeing complex projects from the ground up. Today, I draw on that real-world expertise to give my clients an insider’s perspective—helping them make informed, confident decisions at every stage of their real estate journey. Beyond real estate, I’ve always been someone who enjoys working with my hands—whether it’s helping friends with their home-building projects or tending to my own garden (I’ve been told I have quite the green thumb). I also have a lifelong love for soccer, a passion deeply rooted in my Argentine/Mexican heritage.
